Nick HUDSON
Managing Partner
Nick has worked in investments and advisory for over 15 years and worked on multiple acquisitions, sale mandates and fundraisings in both the private and public sectors. Originally with GCA Altium, he founded Bond, providing support and investment to early stage technology enabled companies including Intoware, Megabet, Sportino and Vexica. Nick serves as a Director of Betzone. He leads Bond’s investment origination and is a member of the investment committee.
Paul Chamberlain
Managing Partner
Paul has 17 years' corporate finance and M&A experience, successfully executing transactions valued at a total of over £6bn. He has also advised a number of quoted public companies on M&A, fundraising and ongoing listing obligations. Most recently, Paul has acted as an M&A deal principal for a FTSE 250 company in the B2B media sector, executing transactions in the UK, US, Latin America and Asia. He leads Bond’s investment execution and is a member of the investment committee.
rosalind HUDSON
managing partner
Rosalind has worked in investments for 15 years and prior to Bond, was Head of Business Development for one of the UK's leading leisure investment houses. Prior to that, she worked as Business Development Director at a boutique investment house, specialising in real estate and clean energy. Rosalind leads fundraising for Bond’s investment opportunities and works closely with Bond’s deal team on all aspects of operations.
David Butler
Strategic Advisor
David draws upon his extensive experience as a successful entrepreneur in data and real estate. David founded EveryAnalytics, a property market analytics company, where he serves as the Chief Executive Officer. His analytics tools are used by over half of the entire UK estate agency industry and a number of international investment houses.
bryce titman
Associate
Bryce started his career in financial services at Aon PLC in their Financial Services Group working with large cap UK and European listed companies. In 2014 Bryce enlisted the British Army, commissioning into the Household Cavalry, where he served for the last 7 years. Upon leaving the military in 2021 Bryce joined the team at Bond and supports deal execution.
